Built the WMS from scratch for Latin America’s e-commerce giant, MercadoLibre.
I designed the system now used across Latin America for Mercado Libre WMS. It was tailored to their workflows and company standards, ensuring that every user feels aligned with the culture, values, and vision of the company.
From version 1.0 to 2.0, the results were clear:
Employee productivity increased.
Product processing time was reduced from 72 hours to 48 hours, from arrival to sale.
